This is a very good hotel apartment-style hotel in the Causeway Bay area. It is also reasonably priced for a 4-star hotel.
I stayed two nights in a Superior Room. It felt like a cozy apartment with a bed, work area, and kitchenette with a range, microwave, and fridge. Since I only stayed 2 nights I didn't use it other than to make tea, but it would be a nice option if you were staying longer and just wanted to cook instead of eating at restaurants every day.
I was disappointed that there was no swimming pool, but there is a gym with new machines that is open 24 hours.
The staff at the front desk were very friendly and spoke good English. They asked if I wanted a DVD player for my room which would be free of charge or an iPhone with a local phone number to use while I was in Hong Kong. They definitely go the extra mile for service.
